The Genesis has a brushed aluminum frame with stainless steel components and spokes vs the Storm which has Titanium metal flake frame with black anodized components like the spokes, chain guard, handlebars and stem. The Storm has a 9 amp hour battery and 300 watt motor vs the Genesis' 6 amp hour battery and 250 watt motor. The free spinning front motor means these two bikes ride easily without electric power.

The 250-300 watt bikes go about 18 mph. The 500 watt direct drive electric bikes go 20 mph. Range depends on rider speed, weight of the rider, hills, stop and go use, as well as rider pedal input. With some easy effort the bikes go 18-25 miles per charge. The Phantom X2 and the Stride 500 in white with the larger 12 amp hour battery will go 28-38 miles. The Outlaw SS goes 28 mph and has a 17-20 mile range.
